Terms of sale
Last updated: 27 August 2026.
1. SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern distance sales between Abysse Corp SASU and consumers purchasing a product for personal use. They apply to this Shopify store and supplement the information shown on the product page and at checkout.
2. SELLER IDENTITY
Abysse Corp SASU

Rouen Trade and Companies Register B 424 568 459

3. PRODUCTS
The essential characteristics, images, dimensions and available information are shown on the product page. Slight differences in appearance may occur depending on the screen used. If a description contains a manifest error, the customer will be informed before dispatch and may maintain or cancel the order.
4. PRICES
Prices are stated in euros and include all taxes unless otherwise indicated. Delivery charges are communicated before final confirmation of the order. Abysse Corp may change its prices at any time; the amount charged remains the price displayed when the order is placed.
5. ORDERS
The customer selects the product and quantity, checks the cart, enters the requested information and validates payment. Any errors may be corrected before validation. The order becomes final after payment is accepted and a confirmation email is sent.
Abysse Corp may refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, a payment incident, a manifest error, unavailability or an abnormal request. Any sums collected for an unavailable product will be refunded.
6. PAYMENT
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by secure providers; bank details are not stored directly by Abysse Corp. Ownership of the product transfers after full payment, without prejudice to the transfer of risk described below.
7. DELIVERY
Orders are prepared and shipped from France, in principle on the same day or the next business day. For mainland France, the displayed delivery objective is two business days after dispatch. This is an estimate and may be extended during periods of high activity, where an address is incomplete or due to circumstances beyond the seller's control.
A tracking link or number is provided when available. Delivery methods and charges are displayed before payment. If no time limit is stated or agreed, delivery will take place no later than within the applicable statutory period.
The risk of loss or damage transfers when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the parcel. Customers are advised to promptly report damaged parcels to the carrier and customer service. Failure to make reservations does not deprive consumers of their statutory rights.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have fourteen days from receipt of the product by themselves or a designated third party to notify their decision to withdraw without giving a reason.
The request may be submitted through the Contact page, by email to contact@abystyle.com or by post to Abysse Corp – VPC Returns Department, 506 rue du Neubourg, 27520 Bourgtheroulde, France. It must identify the customer and the relevant order.
After notification, the product must be returned within fourteen days. The direct return cost following a simple change of mind is borne by the customer. The product may be examined as it would be in a shop. Any loss of value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary may be deducted from the refund. Original packaging is recommended to protect the product.
Abysse Corp refunds the amounts due, including the initial standard delivery charge, no later than fourteen days after being informed of the withdrawal. The refund may be withheld until the product is recovered or proof of dispatch is received, whichever occurs first. The same payment method is used unless otherwise agreed.
9. NON-COMPLIANT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Consumers benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity under Articles L. 217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code and the warranty against hidden defects under Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.
For new goods, conformity defects appearing within two years of delivery fall under the statutory guarantee. Under the conditions provided by law, the customer may request repair or replacement at no cost, followed by a price reduction or termination of the sale where conformity is impossible, refused or excessively delayed.
If a product is received damaged, incomplete or different from the order, the customer must contact customer service and provide the order number, product reference and, where possible, photographs. Costs required for a return justified by non-conformity are borne by the seller.
10. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURNS
Customer service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, excluding public holidays, on +33 (0)2 35 89 11 02 or through the Contact page. Before returning a product, customers are advised to provide the order number and reason for the request to receive appropriate instructions.
11. LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE
Abysse Corp is responsible for proper performance of the contract under the conditions provided by law. It is not responsible for non-performance attributable to the customer, an unforeseeable and unavoidable third party or a force majeure event. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
12. PERSONAL DATA
Data required for ordering, payment, delivery and after-sales support is processed in accordance with the store's Privacy Policy.
13. COMPLAINTS, MEDIATION AND GOVERNING LAW
In the event of a difficulty, the customer must first submit a complaint to customer service to seek an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, the customer may use consumer mediation free of charge or another alternative dispute resolution procedure under the conditions provided by law.
These terms are governed by French law. Consumers retain the benefit of mandatory protective provisions in their country of residence. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts under the applicable legal rules.
